Born on November 27, 2004, in Manjeri, Kerala, Anikha (formerly known as Baby Anikha) began her career as a child artist at the age of six. She made her acting debut in the Malayalam film Kadha Thudarunnu (2010). She gained wider recognition with Tamil films like Yennai Arindhaal (2015) opposite Ajith Kumar and Viswasam (2019) alongside Ajith and Nayanthara.

Her transition to lead roles came with the Telugu film Butta Bomma (2023), a remake of Kappela. She made her full-fledged Malayalam lead debut with Oh My Darling and has since featured in notable films like King of Kotha, PT Sir, and Raayan.
