Born on October 13, 2002, in Amritsar, Punjab, Aneet studied sociology at Jesus and Mary College, Delhi University, while pursuing modeling and commercials. She made her film debut with a supporting role as Nandini in Salaam Venky (2022) opposite Kajol. Her first lead came in the Amazon Prime series Big Girls Don’t Cry (2024) as Roohi Ahuja, where she also contributed musically.

Her breakthrough arrived with the 2025 romantic drama Saiyaara, directed by Mohit Suri, opposite Ahaan Panday, earning her critical acclaim and awards. Ongoing projects include the socio-thriller Hunkkaar: The Roar and the title role in Shakti Shalini as part of the Maddock Horror Comedy Universe. Named in Forbes India’s 30 Under 30, she continues to rise as a promising young talent.
