Ananya, a former software engineer turned actress, made her film debut in the critically acclaimed biographical drama Mallesham (2019), playing Padma opposite Priyadarshi, earning praise for her innocent and endearing performance. She gained wider recognition with roles in Play Back (2021) and the Pawan Kalyan-starrer Vakeel Saab (2021). Her powerful portrayal in Pottel (2024) won her the Gaddar Telangana Special Jury Award, followed by the horror-thriller Tantra (2024).

Currently, Ananya has exciting ongoing projects, including her Hindi debut playing a Gujarat tribal girl in a bilingual film (2025), and the period action drama Sambarala Yeti Gattu (SYG), slated for release in 2026.
