Rayalaseema Rising: Anant Ambani Meets Chandrababu Naidu Before Key Event

Before the inauguration of the Horticulture Hub, Reliance Industries Limited Executive Director Anant Ambani met Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, and state ministers as a courtesy meeting.

Today (October 2, 2026), the foundation stone-laying ceremony for the Global Horticulture Hub – Rayalaseema Rising Project is being held in Madanapalle. Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan are participating in the event.

With an investment of ₹1 lakh crore, the project aims to transform Rayalaseema into the country’s fruit bowl. As part of the initiative, the Indian School of Agriculture will also be established with the support of Reliance.

During the meeting, Anant Ambani is understood to have discussed details of the project, agricultural development, farmers’ welfare, and other related issues. The meeting is expected to further strengthen cooperation between the state government and the private sector.
