Amyra Dastur is one of the noted heroines in the Indian film industry. The actress is seen in films in different languages. The actress did films in Telugu, Tamil and Punjabi languages. Interestingly, she is also a star heroine. The actress holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from Mumbai's HR College.

Amyra Dastur made her Tamil cinema debut through Anegan directed by K. V. Anand, and co-starring herself with actor Dhanush. The film opened a market for herself and then she also did a couple of interesting projects. Amyra is happy in her space with a series of interesting films now.She debuted in Telugu cinema with Mahesh Babu's sister's first directorial venture, Manasuku Nachindi. She also did Rajugadu with Raj Tarun.
