Born on October 26, 1991, in Aluva, Kerala, Amala Paul made her film debut with the Malayalam movie Neelathamara (2009). She gained widespread acclaim with her Tamil debut Mynaa (2010), winning the Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Actress. Her breakthrough roles came in Deiva Thirumagal (2011), Vettai (2012), and Ratsasan (2018).

Amala has delivered strong performances in The Goat Life (2024) and Level Cross (2024). She has also ventured into production with Cadaver (2022). Known for her versatility across Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi films, she balances commercial and meaningful cinema.

Upcoming projects include Half (2026) and Adho Andha Paravai Pola (2027). With her talent and dedication, Amala Paul remains a prominent figure in South Indian cinema.
