Alia Bhatt Shines in Schiaparelli Gown at Cannes 2025

Bollywood star Alia Bhatt made a grand debut at the 78th Cannes Film Festival on May 23, 2025. She walked the red carpet for the premiere of The Mastermind in a soft gown by luxury fashion house Schiaparelli.

The gown was specially designed for Alia and is a custom version of “Look 11” from designer Daniel Roseberry’s Spring 2025 couture collection titled Icarus. The outfit featured a flattering mermaid silhouette with an off-shoulder style. A fitted corset decorated with white floral patterns, highlighted her waist, while a dramatic layered tulle train flowed behind her.

Alia completed her look with simple yet graceful styling. She wore her hair in a slicked-back bun with soft twirls of baby hair styled at the front. Her makeup was minimal, featuring a natural dewy finish with a rosy blush and matching lipstick that enhanced her features.

For jewelry, she chose pearl and diamond stud earrings and a striking pear shaped diamond ring.

Before walking the red carpet, Alia was also spotted at Hotel Martinez during the festival. Her appearance quickly caught the attention of fashion lovers worldwide. Styled by Rhea Kapoor, the look balanced simplicity with high fashion, making it one of the most talked-about red carpet moments of the event.
