Akanksha Puri Radiates Festive Glamour in a Striking Purple Ensemble

Actress Akanksha Puri recently shared a vibrant photograph from a decorated event setting. Standing amid hanging pink flowers and colorful lights, she wears a sparkling geometric-patterned blouse in black, white, and pink with a deep neckline and one long sleeve, paired with a draped purple lower garment. Born in 1988 in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, Akanksha began as a model and former air hostess before entering films. She made her acting debut in the Tamil film Alex Pandian (2013). Her Hindi debut came with Madhur Bhandarkar’s Calendar Girls (2015), where she played Nandita Menon. She has worked across languages, appearing in Malayalam films like Praise the Lord (2014) and Samrajyam II, the Kannada film Lodde (2015), and the Tamil action film Action (2019).

On television, she gained popularity as Goddess Parvati in Vighnaharta Ganesh and appeared in Naagin 3. She also participated in Bigg Boss OTT 2. Recent work includes the Hindi film So Long Valley (2025) and web series such as Inspector Avinash and Dons & Darlings. She continues to take on roles in films, television, and digital projects across multiple Indian languages.
