Aishwarya Lekshmi started her career with modeling in 2014 and has graced the covers of magazines like Flower World, Salt Studio, Vanitha, and FWD Life. She also starred as modeled for various brands such as Chemmanur Jewellers, Karikkineth Silks, La Brenda, Ezva Boutique, Akshaya Jewels, and Sri Lakshmi Jewellery.

After finishing her studies, she stumbled upon a casting call for the family-drama Njandukalude Nattil Oridavela and took a shot in acting. Her films like Mayaanadhi, Varathan, Vijay Superum Pournamiyum, Argentina Fans Kaattoorkadavu, and Brother's Day gained her fame.

She made her Tamil debut in Action opposite Vishal and later appeared in Jagame Thandhiram alongside Dhanush. Recently, she played Poonguzhali's role in Mani Ratnam's historical action drama film Ponniyin Selvan: I and its sequel. In 2023, she also made her debut as a producer with a Tamil movie Gargi starring Sai Pallavi.
