Born on January 10, 1990, in Chennai, Aishwarya Rajesh started as a television presenter and reality show contestant before making her film debut with Avargalum Ivargalum (2011). She gained prominence with Attakathi (2012) and won the Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Actress for Kaaka Muttai (2015). Her breakthrough came with Vada Chennai (2018) and the sports drama Kanaa (2018), for which she received the Filmfare Critics Award.

She has delivered powerful performances across Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Hindi cinema with films like The Great Indian Kitchen, Farhana, and ARM.
