Aishwarya Rajesh made her film debut in the 2011 Tamil movie Avargalum Ivargalum. She gained recognition with Attakathi (2012) and earned the Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Actress for her role in the National Award-winning Kaaka Muttai (2015). Breakthrough performances followed in Kanaa (2018, Filmfare Critics Award) and Vada Chennai (2018). She has delivered powerful roles in Ka Pae Ranasingam (2020), Thittam Irandu (2021), The Great Indian Kitchen (2023), and the Telugu blockbuster Sankranthiki Vasthunam (2025).
