Born on September 6, 1991, in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, Aishwarya Lekshmi is a talented Indian actress and producer who predominantly works in Malayalam and Tamil cinema. A qualified MBBS doctor, she made her acting debut with the Malayalam film Njandukalude Nattil Oridavela (2017), winning the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut – South.

She rose to prominence with acclaimed performances in Mayaanadhi (2017), Varathan (2018), and Kaanekkaane (2021). Her breakthrough in Tamil cinema came with Mani Ratnam’s epic Ponniyin Selvan: I (2022) and Ponniyin Selvan: II (2023). Other notable films include Gatta Kusthi (2022), Hello Mummy (2024), and Maaman (2025).
