Born on January 25, 1992, in Bhagalpur, Bihar, Aisha is the younger sister of actress Neha Sharma. She graduated in engineering (biotechnology) from Amity School of Engineering in Noida and began her career as a model while studying. She featured in campaigns for brands like Lakmé, Pepsi, and Campus shoes, and was one of the Kingfisher Calendar Girls in 2016.

She first appeared on screen in Ayushmann Khurrana’s music video “Ik Vaari” in 2016. Aisha made her film debut in the 2018 Hindi action thriller Satyameva Jayate (also known as Satyamev Jayate), directed by Milap Zaveri, where she played Dr. Shikha Shukla opposite John Abraham and Manoj Bajpayee. The film was a commercial success.

Beyond films, she has featured in popular music videos such as “Kudiyan Lahore Diyan” (2022) with Hardy Sandhu, “Rangrez” (2022) with Arjun Kanungo, and “Tera Hoke Nachda Phira” (2023) with Stebin Ben. She also appeared in the 2022 web series Shining with the Sharmas.In 2026, Aisha expanded into authorship with her debut book Bloom, a collection of reflections on strength, softness, and self-love. While selective with acting projects, she remains active in modeling, fitness, and digital content, maintaining a strong social media presence.
