Her journey in the entertainment industry began in 2019 when she featured in the television fashion series, TLC's Decoded. Following that, she starred in the music video "Tere Do Naina" alongside Aparshakti Khurana.

In 2020, Kapoor marked her film debut with the Netflix movie Guilty, where she portrayed a character who becomes a victim of rape. Her compelling performance earned her a nomination for Best Supporting Actor (Female).
