Samyuktha made her film debut in 2016 with the Malayalam movie "Popcorn," where she portrayed the character Anjana, the love interest of Shine Tom Chacko. She later appeared in the Tamil-language action thriller "Kalari" as Thenmozhi. However, it was her role in the Indian Malayalam-language revenge thriller "Lilli" in 2018 that garnered attention. She played the title role in this film directed by debutant Prasobh Vijayan.

In 2019, Samyuktha graced the screen in various films, including "Oru Yamandan Premakadha," "Theevandi," and "Kalki," showcasing her versatility as an actress. Her cameo appearance in "Uyare" alongside Tovino Thomas further solidified her presence in the industry.
