Rakul Preet Singh is set to appear in the highly anticipated movie, Indian 2. The film, which stars well-known actor Kamal Haasan, is planned for release on July 12. Indian 2, directed by S Shankar, is the official sequel to their 1996 cult classic, Indian.

Apart from Rakul Preet Singh and Kamal Haasan, the film features actors like Siddharth, Kajal Aggarwal, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Kalidas Jayaram, Samuthirakani, Bobby Simha, George Marion, among others. The movie has been produced jointly by Red Giant Movies in association with Lyca Productions. There are also plans for a third installment of the vigilante series, expected in early 2025.
