Born on 17 April 1998 in Hisar, Haryana, Munjal began her career as a child artist. She made her television debut in Dhoom Machaao Dhoom (2007–08) and rose to prominence with roles in Parvarrish – Kuchh Khattee Kuchh Meethi and Gumrah. Her film debut came at age 12 in the 2010 family drama We Are Family, where she played Aaliya opposite Kajol and Kareena Kapoor Khan. She followed it with supporting turns in Aarakshan (2011) and Ghayal Once Again (2016), later expanding into South Indian cinema with the Tamil film Sei (2018).

In recent years she appeared in Mandali (2023) and made a special appearance as Hameed’s girlfriend in the blockbuster Pushpa 2: The Rule (2024). She has also featured in web series such as Pret Boys (2023) and Gambler (2025).
