Aakanksha Singh began her career as a theatre artist before making her screen debut in the popular Colors TV series Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha (2012). She entered films with a supporting role in the Hindi romantic comedy Badrinath Ki Dulhania (2017) and made her Telugu debut the same year with Malli Raava, earning a SIIMA nomination for Best Female Debut. She later impressed in Devadas (2018), the multi-language Pailwaan (2019), and Runway 34 (2022) opposite Ajay Devgn.
