Venky Gets Notice From GHMC

Hero Victory Venkatesh got a notice from GHMC today. According to media reports its confirmed that, from past few days there were some construction work in Venkatesh land in film nagar is the main reason behind this notice issuance from GHMC. Venky have a land in film nagar which bought few decades back. Now GHMC issued a notice considering construction work at his land asked clarification. It asked Venky to provide clarification before deadline and warned to demolish the construction if he fails to do so.
Recently Nagarjuna also faced same issue in land encroaching case. KCR who took this matter with high priority ordered GHMC to send the notices. After receiving notices from GHMC Nag approached high court to get stay on the orders. But HC denied to give any stay on GHMC orders clearing way to demolish the constructions in encroached area. Seems Venky also running into similar problem. THe only safe point is that he has no legal issues related to land encroaching.
