Currently, The shooting of 'Mukunda' has been progressing at a brisk pace in Amalapuram. The film of scenes of Municipal Chairman elections is being shot right now. As per the scene requirements, Varun Tej went to every household in Garapati street to seek votes.
While Ravu Ramesh is playing the Antagonist, Pooja Hedge will be seen as his daughter in the movie.
Director Srikanth Addala shot the scene where Pooja Hedge who seeks votes on behalf of her father happens to see Varun Tej and having a surprise expression on her face she gets into her car.
A scene featuring Prakash Raj has been shot at Kapu Kalyana Mandapam. The versatile actor utters the dialogue "Rajakiya Kalushyam Ee Mantallo Kadatheripovali". Few combination scenes of Varun Tej and Prakash Raj have been shot in the children's park.
