Ness Wadia is finally going to pay the price for insulting his former girlfriend Preity Zinta in public. The witnesses in connection with the case filed by the actress against the businessman have been taking Preity's side.
A Builder Danish Merchant who is also the neighbor of the actress has told to the cops that Preity showed him bruises on her body on the very next day Ness Wadia molested her.
Another witness Jai Kanojia who is a common friend of the two celebs informed the cops that he had seen Ness Wadia grab the hand of Preity Zinta on May 30th at Wankhede Stadium but clarified he didn't hear the conversation between the two at that time due to loud noise in the stadium.
Marine Drive Police has recorded the statements of 9 witnesses until now. Seems like Ness Wadia is now in serious trouble.
