Tollywood remains silent on Swachh Bharat

Prime Minister Narendra Modi kickstarted the Swachh Bharat campaign on Mahatma Gandhi's birth anniversary with the intention to clean India by 2019.

Bollywood and Kollywood Celebrities have welcomed this initiative and actively participating in it. Even AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu revived his most successful Janma Bhoomi program recently.

On the other hand, None of Tollywood celebrities have neither utter a word in support of Swachh Bharat nor catered sometime to do their bit as a responsible citizen.

Analysts say, Most of the Tollywood actors have deliberately staying away from such government campaigns anticipating the trouble they gonna face in advance. They were treating it more like a campaign of a political party rather than that of an initiative taken up by Indian Government.
