Sayesha Saigal, a debutante, has been chosen as the female lead in Akkineni Akhil's debut flick. The Akkineni Scion himself introduces this gorgeous beauty to the Telugu movie buffs. "Introducing my actress, Sayesha Saigal. Her first film too so she's as nervous as I am :) wishing her all the best !," he wrote on his twitter page.
