Nikitha Reddy is the one who produced back-to-back hits Ishq and Junde Jaari Gallanthayinde which brought the career of his brother back on track. She seems to be looking after the scripts and call sheets of Nithin in the recent past. Nikitha's next flick with her brother is under the direction of debutant Srinivas who is a protege of Surender Reddy.
