Nandamuri Kalyan Ram latest mass action film Pataas has finished 90 percent of shooting and about to hit the screens.but the sudden death of Janaki Ram halts the plans.Kalyan Ram is producing Pataas on NTR Arts banner. Following the trend, Kalyan Ram is appearing as a tough cop in the romantic and action entertainer.
The commercial entertainer will be directed by well known writer Anil Ravipudi who worked for the films Kandireega and Aagadu.Anil speaking about the film said that Pataas runs on Tamil super hit film Singham pattern.
“Kalyan Ram gave me complete freedom. For any result of the film either a flop or a hit, credit goes entirely to me.I have directed the film without having script papers in hand as i knew each and every frame perfectly. I introduced Telugu nativity and masala. Screenplay is racy while second half plays the trump card,’ Anil Ravipudi said in an interview.
Pataas motion picture recently released and it shows Kalyan Ram lighting cigarette with Diwali cracker. He is confident of cracking the box office formula with this film which has Punjabi beauty Shruti Sodhi as heroine and Anil Ravipudi debuting as director.
