Films like Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana are the creative rip-offs of one iconic flick that took India by a storm in the 90s. “Maine Pyaar Kiye” that marked the debut of Salman Khan and gorgeous Bhagyasree is surely a stunner at box office when it released on December 29th, 1989. It has created a history then and considered a classic now.
The film completed 25 years today and Bollywood is all going gaga over the movie’s phenomenal success and how Salman became an overnight start with debut success. Director Sooraj R Barjatya carved a fantastic love story that portrayed emotions of youths quite well. Music of the movie is a super hit. Telugu version of the film ‘Prema Pavaralu’ is also bumper hit at box office. Maine Pyaar Kiya won several film awards.
