Hero Ram refuses Dubbing for Remuneration?

If the reports in circulation are to be believed, Hero Ram refused to dub for his upcoming flick 'Pandaga Chesko' until he receives full remuneration from the producer.
Reportedly, Ram signed 'Pandaga Chesko' for Rs 3 crore pay package. Producer has paid him Rs 2.5 crore already and promised to settle the balance at the time of release. But, Ram is said to be reluctant to lend his voice until the dues were settled.
It was because of remuneration, Ram had a clash with Producer Bellamkonda Suresh post 'Kandireega' release. Same scenes were repeating now!
The authenticity of these reports is yet to be checked. So, let's not jump into any conclusion unless there is an official statement from 'Pandaga Chesko' team.
