AR Murugadoss reveals Samantha character

Ace filmmaker AR Murugadoss's upcoming film 'Kaththi' features Vijay and Samantha in lead roles.
Speaking to the media, Murugadoss revealed Vijay will be seen in two characters - Kathiresan and Jeevanadham. As speculated by a section of media, The two roles don't have a father-son connection. Samantha will be playing the character Ankitha in the movie. The director is excited about the fact that Music Director Anirudh has composed the theme music of 'Kaththi' within 4 days after he was roped for the project.
Murugadoss condemned the rumors that 'Kaththi' Producers are close to the Sri Lankan Government. He clarified they are just Tamils in Sri Lanka.
'Kaththi' is gearing up for a grand release on Diwali this year. As Vijay-Murugadoss last release 'Thuppakki' was a blockbuster, There are huge expectations on 'Kaththi'.
