Tridha Choudhury Glows Softly on a Moody Day

Actor Tridha Choudhury recently shared a calm and soulful picture on her Instagram that quickly caught fans’ attention. In the image, she is seen leaning quietly against a textured wall, dressed in a light green crop top and floral print bottoms. Her expression matches the caption as she wrote:

“Trying to bloom on a gloomy day 🌿.”

Tridha, known for her performances across languages and platforms has always impressed audiences with her talent. From Telugu films to Hindi web series, she’s shown how versatile she can be. One of her most popular roles remains Babita in the hit series Aashram. But now, she’s moving in a completely different direction with her upcoming crime thriller So Long Valley. Talking about it, Tridha said, “I’m really excited to play Inspector Suman Negi. She’s from Manali and works at the local police station. What’s interesting is that people have always seen me in softer roles... This role breaks that mold.”

She further explained the depth of her new character: “The story is set around a mysterious crime, and Suman initially refuses to take on the case. But something happens one night that draws her into it. What’s compelling is that, even though she’s a cop, her motivations aren’t entirely clear.” Tridha also mentioned that she’s working on a comedy film at the same time. “As an actor, I believe we should be able to experiment with different genres and explore unfamiliar spaces.”
