Born on January 6, 2000, in Karnal, Haryana, Thareja began as a model and placed fourth in MTV Supermodel of the Year (2019). She rose to national fame with the 2021 music video “Lut Gaye” opposite Emraan Hashmi, which crossed over a billion YouTube views.

She made her film debut in the Telugu romantic comedy Rangabali (2023) as Dr. Sahaja Reddy opposite Naga Shaurya. Her Malayalam debut followed in the action thriller Marco (2024) as Maria opposite Unni Mukundan, which became a major box-office success. In 2025 she appeared in the Telugu film K-Ramp as Mercy Joy, the series Hai Junoon!, and Delhi Crime Season 3.

As of 2026, she stars in the Telugu period crime drama KJQ (as Bhargavi) and has an upcoming Kannada project. Thareja continues to expand her presence across South Indian cinema and digital platforms with her striking screen presence and growing versatility.
