Varun and Vithika’s love story feels like a real-life film. Their journey began on the sets of Paddanandi Premalo Mari, where their bond slowly grew stronger. Interestingly, their story had a playful twist when Varun accidentally tripped while filming a romantic scene, which led Vithika to the hospital. What began as an awkward apology soon turned into a beautiful friendship and, later, love.

They officially started dating during an outdoor shoot in Malaysia. A late-night conversation by the poolside in Hyderabad soon made them realize their relationship was not just casual but something deeper. Vithika, in fact, took the first step and expressed her wish to marry Varun. This honesty and confidence brought them even closer.

The couple tied the knot in 2016, at a time when Varun was 27 and Vithika was 22. Over the years, they have stood by each other through every stage of life. Today, they continue to share glimpses of their joyful bond on social media which fans adore.
