Urmila Matondkar continues to captivate fans with her radiant photos, as seen in recent glamorous portraits where she poses elegantly in a one-shoulder pink outfit adorned with vibrant peacock and folk motifs, paired with statement earrings against a soft pink backdrop. At 52, her timeless charm and poise shine through, proving her enduring appeal beyond the screen.

Born on February 4, 1974, Matondkar began as a child artist in Karm (1977) and gained early recognition in Masoom (1983). She made her adult debut in the Malayalam film Chanakyan (1989) opposite Kamal Haasan, followed by her Hindi lead role in Narsimha (1991).

Her breakthrough came with Ram Gopal Varma’s Rangeela (1995), establishing her as a stylish, versatile star. She delivered memorable performances in hits like Judaai (1997), Satya (1998), Kaun (1999), Bhoot (2003)—earning a Filmfare Critics Award—and Pinjar (2003). Known for intense roles in thrillers and dramas, she also worked in Telugu, Tamil, and Marathi cinema, including Ajoba (2014).

After selective appearances, such as a special song in Blackmail (2018), Matondkar is set for her OTT debut in the crime-thriller web series Tiwari, currently in post-production. Her photos and selective projects keep her relevant as a beloved figure in Indian cinema.
