Her first lead role came with the romantic drama Laila Majnu (2018), where she played the titular Laila opposite Avinash Tiwary and earned early critical notice. True recognition arrived with Anvita Dutt’s Bulbbul (2020), a Netflix period fantasy that won her a Filmfare OTT Award for Best Actress.
She followed it with another layered performance in Qala (2022).
