She made her film debut with the Bengali movie Mishawr Rawhoshyo (2013) directed by Srijit Mukherji. She gained wider recognition with the television series Dahleez (2016) and impressed audiences with her roles in Telugu films like Surya vs Surya (2015) and Manasuku Nachindi (2018).

She has also appeared in notable projects such as Bandish Bandits, Aashram (as Babita), and several Hindi films. Tridha continues to balance work across Bengali, Telugu, and Hindi cinema with her versatile acting skills.
