Tridha Choudhury, widely known for her strong roles in television, web series, and regional films, recently made headlines with her crime thriller So Long Valley, released on July 25. The Hindi-language film features Tridha as Inspector Suman Negi. She stars alongside Vikram Kochhar and Man Singh. The story explores a kidnapping case in Manali that slowly uncovers darker truths.

Directed and written by Man Singh and produced by Sourya Studios, the project marked Tridha’s first role as a police officer. She spoke about her experience and the challenges that helped her grow as an actor.

Tridha expressed her feelings about the process of acting and releasing films. She said, “Whenever a project is nearing release, there is always a mix of excitement and a little confusion. Sometimes I feel like I'm living a life many dream of. But being an actor isn't just about performing, it is about expressing the emotions of others. That is a responsibility I take seriously. It sometimes scares me, but it also gives me strength and energy to do my best.”
