After winning the Clean & Clear Times of India Freshface 2011 pageant, the Kolkata-born actress made her acting debut in Srijit Mukherji’s acclaimed Bengali film Mishawr Rawhoshyo (2013).
Tridha seamlessly transitioned across regional borders, winning over Telugu audiences in films like Surya vs Surya and Hindi viewers with her breakthrough television show Dahleez. However, her portrayal of Babita in the smash-hit OTT series Aashram catapulted her into national stardom, proving her ability to handle intense, complex narratives.
Driven by an incredible screen presence, Tridha continues to expand her cinematic footprint with high-profile releases. She showcased her flawless comic timing as Meera in the multi-starrer comedy Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 and took on the gritty role of Inspector Suman Negi in the thriller So Long Valley. Pushing her boundaries even further, she recently starred alongside Sanjay Dutt as Saara in the intense thriller Aakhri Sawal. Effortlessly balancing regional cinema, mainstream Bollywood, and digital content, Tridha remains one of the most dynamic and captivating actors of her generation.
