Born on 3 July 1991 in Hyderabad, the former dance tutor and model made her acting debut with a supporting role in the family drama Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu (2013). She gained major attention the following year with her first lead role as Renu in Ram Gopal Varma’s horror film Ice Cream (2014).

She went on to appear in several Telugu films including Manam, Heart Attack, Malli Malli Idi Rani Roju, Srimanthudu, Pandaga Chesko, Subramanyam For Sale, and Babu Baga Busy. She also made her Tamil debut with Natpadhigaram 79 (2016).

Tejaswi participated in Bigg Boss Telugu 2 in 2018, which boosted her popularity. More recent credits include Commitment (2022) and Hide N Seek (2024). She continues to stay active through web series, reality shows, and fashion projects, maintaining a strong presence in the Telugu entertainment industry.
