Divya Bharathi, born on 28 January 1992 in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, is an actress and model who mainly works in Tamil-language films. She started her career in modeling, winning titles such as Miss Ethnic Face of Madras in 2015, Princess of Coimbatore in 2016, and Popular New Face Model. She became widely known after her acting debut in the romantic drama Bachelor (2021), starring alongside G. V. Prakash Kumar. Her performance as Subbulakshmi was praised for its boldness and maturity, earning her the Female Rising Star of Kollywood in 2022 and other accolades.

Before entering films, Divya appeared in many television advertisements and underwent acting workshops to transition smoothly from modeling to cinema. She also worked on films like Madhil Mel Kaadhal and Aasai, and in 2023, she was announced to star in Kingston, marking her second collaboration with G. V. Prakash Kumar.

In 2024, Divya expanded her portfolio with the web series Cheran’s Journey on SonyLIV and a cameo in Maharaja, one of the highest-grossing Tamil films of the year. She also made her Telugu film debut in G.O.A.T alongside Sudigali Sudheer.
