Born on 10 May 1993 in Nizamabad, Telangana, Sreemukhi began her career as a television host with shows like Adhurs and Super Singer. She made her film debut in 2012 with a supporting role as Raji (Allu Arjun’s sister) in Julayi. Her first lead role came in Prema Ishq Kaadhal (2013). She has also appeared in Nenu Sailaja, Gentleman, Crazy Uncles, Maestro, and Bhola Shankar.

A first runner-up of Bigg Boss Telugu Season 3, she continues to dominate television as the host of Bigg Boss Agnipariksha 2. Her recent film appearance includes Maa Inti Bangaram (2026). Balancing hosting and selective film roles, Sreemukhi remains one of Telugu entertainment’s most energetic and popular personalities.
