She said, "I think to each their own. Of course, I'm nobody to speak for anybody, but in my capacity I can say - when you're working with certain people, you know your bandwidth. You already know how it's going to be when this person comes on board. It's about mutual understanding. If it works, it works. If it doesn't, then it doesn't."
