Sophie Shine is once again winning hearts on social media and this time she is doing it not just alone but also alongside her fiancé, former Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan. The couple recently shared pictures from their sangeet night and fans are loving every moment of it.

In one of the earlier Instagram photos, Sophie was seen posing gracefully in a beautifully crafted lehenga. The dress looked rich and festive, filled with fine embroidery and elegant details.

In her caption, Sophie added a fun touch by saying that lifting weights helped her dance bhangra comfortably in the heavy lehenga. The lehenga worn by Sophie was designed by Rimple and Harpreet. Sophie Shine, originally from Ireland, has built a strong professional career over the years. She studied Marketing and Management and has worked in senior roles in the corporate sector, including at Northern Trust Corporation in Abu Dhabi. Today, she plays an important role in Shikhar Dhawan’s life, both personally and professionally. She works as the Chief Operating Officer of Da One Sports and also heads the Shikhar Dhawan Foundation, which focuses on social welfare initiatives.

Sophie and Shikhar reportedly met in Dubai and kept their relationship private for a long time. Even when Sophie was seen supporting him at cricket matches, they chose to stay away from public attention. It was only in 2025 that they openly confirmed their relationship.

The couple is now preparing for their wedding, which is expected to take place in February 2026 in the Delhi-NCR region. Sources say the celebrations will be grand, but the couple is more focused on the emotional value of the occasion than the scale of the event.
