Sophie Choudry Stuns in a Maroon Swimsuit by an Austrian Lake

In this serene shot, Sophie Choudry sits on a wooden pier overlooking a sparkling Austrian lake, wearing a deep maroon one-piece swimsuit. Long wavy hair frames her face as she gazes calmly into the distance under clear blue skies. She shared the moment with a heartfelt note: “My happy place @vivamayrmariawoerth in Austria, where I heal, reset and learn. Sometimes the most important thing is slowing down yet staying curious, eating mindfully, moving with intention and listening to your body… In this magical setting with the best medical advice and the Mayr cure you leave with more than just a detox & a healed Gut… you leave with lessons for life. And that’s why I keep going back Thank you to the entire team for your care.”

Born in Manchester in 1982, Sophie began as a singer and MTV India VJ before making her Bollywood acting debut in David Dhawan’s Shaadi No. 1 (2005). She followed it with roles in Pyaar Ke Side Effects, Aggar, Speed, and Aa Dekhen Zara, plus memorable special appearances in Shootout at Wadala, Once Upon a Time in Mumbai Dobaara!, and the Telugu hit 1: Nenokkadine. More recently she featured in Love Sex Aur Dhokha 2 (2024).

While film work has been selective, Sophie thrives as a live performer, event host, and wellness advocate. With no major new movie projects currently announced, she continues to focus on music, hosting, and personal well-being.
