Sometimes, the best love stories begin with a travel mishap. Shriya Saran shared such a story on The Great Indian Kapil Show aired on Netflix. She revealed how she met her husband Andrei Koscheev during a solo trip to the Maldives. “I had booked the wrong flight in the wrong month and ended up alone on a cruise to the South of the Maldives, and that’s where I met Andrei,” Shriya said. She added that they bonded over new experiences. “The first film of mine he ever watched was Drishyam, and he got scared after that,” she joked, making the audience laugh.

Her Mirai co-stars Teja Sajja, Jagapathi Babu, and Ritika Nayak also joined her on the episode. The show carried its usual mix of humor and fun. Teja playfully called Jagapathi Babu a “romantic at heart.” The team also entertained with impressions of Rajinikanth’s iconic dance moves.
