Born on March 4, 1987, in Mumbai to Bengali parents, Das began her career as a model before making her acting debut in the Telugu film Siddu from Sikakulam (2008). She gained wider recognition with Sukumar’s Arya 2 and made her Hindi debut in the National Award-winning Lahore (2010).

Over the years she has worked extensively across Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam and Bengali cinema. Notable films include Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji, Garuda Vega, Babumoshai Bandookbaaz, Kotigobba 3, Ek Mini Katha and Paarijatha Parvam (2024). She also appeared in the 2025 series Search: The Naina Murder Case.

As of 2026, her upcoming projects include Lechindi Mahila Lokam, Trikala, Arrdham and Ghooskhor Pandat. Known for her adaptability across languages and genres, Das continues to deliver consistent performances in both films and digital content.
