Shivani clearly stated that she visited Tirumala along with her mother and purchased Srivani darshan tickets worth ₹10,500. She also mentioned that they stood in line like all other devotees and followed the official process. According to her, she has valid proofs including Aadhaar cards and ticket details.

Shivani explained that when she said “15 minutes,” she was referring to the total time spent in the queue where the idol of Lord Venkateswara becomes visible gradually as devotees move forward. She clarified that she was not allowed to stay inside the sanctum for 15 minutes. She strongly stated that no special permission or extra time was given to her.

She also shared a personal memory, saying that earlier, when she visited Tirumala with a regular ₹300 ticket, she could see the Lord only for a few seconds. After many years, this darshan felt special to her emotionally, and she shared that happiness genuinely during the interview. However, she admitted that her words were misunderstood by many.
