Captivating in Yellow – Shivangi Verma’s Movie Career Soars

Born on 24 August (around 1993–94) in New Delhi, Shivangi Verma began her career as a runner-up on Nach Baliye Season 6 in 2013. She built a strong television presence with roles in shows like Hamari Sister Didi, TV, Biwi aur Main, Bhutu, Choti Sarrdaarni, and Tera Ishq Mera Fitoor.

Her film journey started with Black Rose (2020) as Aayesha. She gained notice with a cameo in the Tamil film Pichaikkaran 2 (2023) and a role as Prabhudeva’s girlfriend in Badass Ravikumar (2025). Her much-anticipated full-fledged Hindi film lead comes in the comedy Gaurishankar Goharganj Wale opposite veteran Govind Namdev.

Ongoing and upcoming projects include the Kannada film Terror (2026), Ek Anchaahi Jalan (as Ishani), web series such as Yeh Hai Sanak and Hasratein, plus an item song in Zila Gorakhpur. Versatile and hardworking, she continues expanding from TV and music videos into films and OTT.
