Born on 14 June 1997 in Mumbai, Sharvari Wagh (granddaughter of former Maharashtra CM Manohar Joshi) began as an assistant director on films like Bajirao Mastani. She made her acting debut in the web series The Forgotten Army – Azaadi Ke Liye (2020), followed by her film debut in Bunty Aur Babli 2 (2021), earning the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut.

Her breakthrough came with the hit horror-comedy Munjya (2024) as Bela, alongside roles in Vedaa and Maharaj. In 2026, she starred in Imtiaz Ali’s Main Vaapas Aaunga and the YRF Spy Universe film Alpha with Alia Bhatt. Upcoming projects include Yeh Prem Mol Liya opposite Ayushmann Khurrana. Sharvari continues to rise as one of Bollywood’s most promising talents.
