Shanvi has been in the film industry for over 10 years now. She began her acting career as a teenager. Her debut film was Lovely in 2012, where she acted with Aadi Saikumar. She was studying commerce at the time. She said, “I never dreamt of becoming an actor. I took it up with the only intention to pay for my education.” The movie did well at the box office. Even after that, she focused on finishing her studies.

She later realized she truly enjoyed acting. She said, “I eventually fell in love with acting.” Shanvi worked hard and learned something new each day on set. She also said, “Yes, money did come along but I had to work really hard and it wasn’t easy.” She acted in several films and entered the Kannada film industry with a new sense of excitement. She mentioned, “The love and appreciation the Kannada audience showered upon me resulted in me signing more movies here.”
