Shanaya Kapoor Stuns in Chic Black Velvet Look

Daughter of actor Sanjay Kapoor and Maheep Kapoor, Shanaya began her journey behind the camera as an assistant director on Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl (2020). She made her acting debut in the 2025 romantic drama Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan opposite Vikrant Massey, playing aspiring actress Saba Shergill. Though the film had a modest box-office run, it marked her official entry into Bollywood.

In 2026, she starred in the survival thriller Tu Yaa Main, directed by Bejoy Nambiar, opposite Adarsh Gourav. She played social media influencer Avani Shah in the high-stakes romantic thriller that blended love, tension, and survival.

Her earlier planned debut Bedhadak under Dharma Productions was shelved. Looking ahead, Shanaya is set to make her Telugu debut in the zombie-comedy sequel Zombie Reddy 2 opposite Teja Sajja. With a growing slate of projects, the Kapoor scion continues to carve her path with bold choices and evolving screen presence.
