The film team released a devotional song called “Elo Yelo Maadeva.” The track is centred on Lord Shiva and marks the beginning of the film’s promotional journey. The song has voices by Kailash Kher, Sadhvini Koppa and Siddu, with music by Poornachandra Tejaswi.

Sapthami Gowda plays the character Ambika, a flower seller in the story. She said she was the last actor to join the cast, but the team welcomed her warmly. From her first day, every detail—songs, scenes, dialogues and costumes was openly discussed with her. She also said that director always supported her and made sure everyone felt respected. Her experience on the sets was filled with teamwork and honesty, something she deeply values.

The Rise of Ashoka is set in the 1970s and follows the life of a young revolutionary who fights against injustice. The film features many talented actors like B Suresh, Ravishankar, Gopalakrishna Deshpande, Sampath Maithreya, Yash Shetty, Dragon Manju and Jagappa. The story, written by Dayanand TK, will release in Kannada, Telugu and Tamil.
